Partner Potential

Stay away from chuck Gregg if you black ,, that man is racist , rude , very disrespectful,unprofessional. All he care about is getting his commission, did an FHA loan and this man never followed up on me whether I was on track . He then blame it on me for every mistake and knew its my first time purchasing a house . Dont say I never warned you .

The integrity of your agent is questionable (Pam Montana). style=" I moved out of one of your properties brokered by Bob Jacobs (9027 Mustang Pass San Antonio TX 78254). I was charged $850 because the property was supposedly not clean. I reached out to Bob to do final a final walk through before our lease was up because I was concerned that the agent (Pam Montana) was not honest. I was not given that option. Below are examples of my concerns with Pam Montana: 1. I paid rent one month and did not put address on the cashiers check. I was contacted by Pam 2 weeks after rent was due informing me that the rent was not paid. I was in touch with Pam for three days trying to resolve issue. I was told that they (the bank) was looking at videos and trying to figure out if it was paid. Finally, I told her the day it was paid and the time it was paid and I suggested that we meet at bank to resolve issue...I never heard back about this issue. 2. We were supposed to get a 2nd deadbolt lock when we moved in, after sending several emails for the locks it was completed 7 months after we moved in. 3. Pam did one walk through while we were leasing the property and that was 30 days before we were supposed to move out. She sent an email stating that she would be there between 11 and 1. I arrived at 10:50 and she along with 3 other people were walking in to the house. One was the lock smith one was the HVAC person and the last person was supposed to be someone she was training which made me suspicious because she was not dressed professionally. I am sending this complaint to your corporate office to let you know how Remax is being represented as company. I think customer service is very important and this has been a very interesting experience with a known company like Remax.h

Remax waffled on purchase agreements

Re max Listing 169 Pratt rd Fitchburg Ma.The Listing Agent unethically took another offer, after an email stating that the counter offer would be accepted. Some how another offer appears and was accepted. My point performance was in error.Accepted $1000.00 deposit and house inspection was made.

Erroneous Listing, is jeopardizing our homes sale. We would like to know WHO and WHY someone at REMAX chose to devaluate our home in under 2 weeks time by almost $100,000? On Jan 9, 2020 Remax had our homes value at $575k and today you show $428k??? All other professional sources (see below) show our home being worth above $500k and up to and over $600k in value. THIS IS A HUGE ERROR. Please either correct this obvious error, which is effecting our homes sale OR send us the name of the person(s) responsible for this egregious and expensive error so we can pursue resolution directly with them. A quick and expedient reply would be appreciated as it is effecting our sale. NOTE: As of FEB 2020 our homes value is shown to be Remax- $428,820 It was $575k on 1/9/2020 Zillow- $510,344 Hawks Cay Realtor$521,021 Gals Island Realtor$521,021 Xhome $528,191 realtor.com- $530,000 homes.com $608,900 Realtytrac $663,000 FYI Dec 7th 2019 Remax also posted the following showing the areas homes ARE NOT DROPPING anytime soon: Remax - XXXX XXXXXXX Ave is likely to appreciate by 5% in the next year, based on the latest home price index. In the last 3 years, this home has increased its value by 21%.

Let others know not to use Dan Mullins as a realtor

I put my home up for sale in August. The realtor Dan Mullins came out and we discussed the sale.

He put a sign up and an ad on different websites like Zillow. He has been a realtor for a long time and should know what a house should sell for. As I found out, he had no idea. He never contacted me to do an open house.

I had to call him to lower the price....twice. Finally the house sold in December and closed in January. At the closing he assured me he would call the water department and request a final bill. He never did this.

I called the title company the other day as they still have my $300 and another payment was taken on March 10th. They have called the water department and I should get my refund next week. Dan Mullins is lazy and not good at his job.

Please don't use him. Poor excuse for a realtor.
