Let others know not to use Dan Mullins as a realtor
I put my home up for sale in August. The realtor Dan Mullins came out and we discussed the sale.
He put a sign up and an ad on different websites like Zillow. He has been a realtor for a long time and should know what a house should sell for. As I found out, he had no idea. He never contacted me to do an open house.
I had to call him to lower the price....twice. Finally the house sold in December and closed in January. At the closing he assured me he would call the water department and request a final bill. He never did this.
I called the title company the other day as they still have my $300 and another payment was taken on March 10th. They have called the water department and I should get my refund next week. Dan Mullins is lazy and not good at his job.
Please don't use him. Poor excuse for a realtor.
