We just found out that RE/Max is involved in selling properties in the illegally occupied West Bank territories - so we are done with all RE-max reality agents. We will inform our family and friends of this, and encourage them to do likewise.

My wife and I bought property in Nicaragua two years ago from two Remax agents.

Short story, they did dont disclose serious infrastructure problems. The drinking water and sewer systems were about to fail.

Its now been two years and we are dealing with huge financial consequences.

Our fellow community members in Nicaragua, who also bought properties from the two agents, are very frustrated because agents say they dont have to follow the same real estate laws and standards that USA agent have to follow. Does a Remax have an International grievance and complaint procedure to bring legal action against the agents?

We love Nicaragua and our property but would like future buyers not to subject to actual reality.

Not very responsive but I have (3) TV stations that I am looking into to walk in unexpected to ask questions. I believe media will put a mark on this real estate!!

Briefly i was purchasing a home after i was told different things to do from the agent representing me during the process of mortgage application. I feel these remarks and attempts by the agent were NOT warranted during this attempt! The agents will badger you to pay t h e sellers utilities while waiting for the closing and amid other remarks to keep ALL of your funds invested.

The remax agent called the police for branches being slightly over the house she is selling ! The storm just occurred yesterday and its raining today -we did our best to move the branches in one day Ms Greenlee didnt even talk to us before calling the city and the police Our bulk pick up is this week Calling the police really ??? THIS IS A FORMAL COMPLAINT:30 Lake View Dr W, Ocala, FL 3448. Listing agent: Cory Freilich.

Broker Remax. After contacting the leasing agent for details on property, all that was disclosure was some of the 2.5 pasture was in a flood zone so we decided to drive 30 some miles to see property but what was NOT disclosed was the house itself was collapsing into a gigantic sinkhole the size of the whole 2 acres. FACT: the house patio foundation was 6 inches from a 20 foot drop into the sinkhole.The house is not sellable. The authorities should have condemned this property as a serious danger.

It is dangerous for anyone to actually be on the property. Also the pictures on the many realtor websites are 10 to 15 years old and do not reflect the actual property.

For someone who wants to use the Remax franchise as there new business in Valinhos,SP, Brazil, they : Fabricio and Roberta (he introduced himself like manager in ReMax , and her like realtor both in ReMax city of Vinhedo, SP , Brasil Phones: 55 (19) 38** **00 , and +55 19 97* *** 917 ) . They should really think about how you treat the people that you are going to be helping find there new homes.

Because my wife and I are landlords of one of the places that he wanted to use for open one new Remax franchise in very good location at Valinhos SP Brazil , in front the Traditional School Visconde of Porto Seguro ( multi languages extension from Europe) . At the time we were in the middle of remodeling , and no inviting still the public in to view the property , but they came to our place different times , then we stopped everything we were working on and our employee had to stop also and be part of the business meeting for a potential franchise renter . So we did everything that was asked of us and more , all just believing of having a franchise rent 2 of 4 rentals of our Gallery , to make into one office space for them and we did so even though it was kind of challenger time for us...Well ...we do not show this kind of feeling to folks thats the way we was raised ...they even wanted us to get ahold of our technician who was the one who worked for the previous franchise business to ask him to come up with an estimate for what they wanted to have done to accommodate there needs and that was done also. Everything that they asked of us , include introduce our profissional to them , it was all done with a lot of gratitude....

and we were all told that he would get back with us one way or another with a answer of yes or no if they were going to be putting a Remax Franchise here or not... its been over weeks now ...and we have not heard anything at all and nether has the technician.

And I must tell you that I am from Washington State and I know that we dont treat people like this but I am not sure about Remax but I bet that you dont treat folks that way either so We not sure about why you would want someone who dose this under the pretense of getting a franchise from Remax doing this to folks that would potentially be there landlords and think that its ok only , maybe they had other spots in this area to rent that were ready..but everyone knows here doesnt have the traffic or visualization that we have ! We have been doing efforts including, that they wanted to have done so we could save them some money and time but without even a thank you for your time from them we are really disappointed in the Remax Franchise at this point...
We hope you contact them and please ask why they made it to us .

Agent is unethical and lied to get us to sign contract. No further comments or clarifications can be made because agent threatened lawsuit if we report their conduct. REMAX was notified and does not care, they do not hold agents accountable for their actions.

I have my house on the market and had a buyer. I went on vacation and excepted about 10 shows.

When I got home a door was off the hinges and had been set back in the space. I called my agent and she gave me a telephone number for someone to come over. He agreed and said the door was missing a small catch on the bottom. He replaced it and was here about 20 min.

When he finished he said i owed him 185.00 for his service. I thought he was working for Remax. This man was very muscular an had tattoo's all over his body. I am 73 woman living off social security and was too scared to question it .

I told the Realtor and she said I accepted for the showing so it was my responsibitity to pay it. I cant afford 185.00 everytijme this condo is shown. I stopped the showing and asked for another realty older and not so much social life.

/She said I cannot fire her, so my home is not being showed I want to know if this is true, becasuse I am not accepting any more shows I cant afford it. And can you assign another realtor.

Listed our house with this company and their agent Michelle Lewis tried to sell us a home that had a fuel oil tank that has been in the ground for 54 years. Both the owner and broker and agent all knew that and tried to sell us the property and said you dont need any inspections you guys will be fine.

The Maryland department of environment has an open case on the property. This is the kind of thing that happens when you put your trust in someone that has a Duty to Protect you and be in your best interests. They also do commercials on local television saying Call our mom she is the best.

Thousands of dollars in lawyers fees and not over yet. Hopefully we can sue them for all of the damages they have done.

Thanks to your company and agent I lost between 40 and 60,000 worth of tools building materials and antiques and family stuff your agent did not do nothing for us to take our money and shame on you guys for having agents like that we got hurt so bad it's not even funny we don't even know how we're going to make ends meet without my tools the people that bought our house took our groceries my tools my antiques my wife's medicine for diabetes are groceries if your agent would have done her job we would have all that stuff still now I have no money to fix my new home thanks to you all
